Absolute Bluestone POOR WORKMANSHIP Hopewell Junction New York

I never received a credit . If he really thinks that he I got credit back he needs to find a new book keeper. I'm still suing him for the entire amount because I never received a penny back and he never completed what I paid him for. You can see from the picures he was suppose to come and complete the boarders and clean up the stone, I cleaned it a little but his work was sloppy and everything was left unfinished.

  Find yourself a professional and reputable mason. If you are currently working with him Don't pay him in FULL until your work is completed and you are satisfied because you may never see him again. I paid him in full toward the end and got screwed.I'm still waiting for James from Absolute bluestone to do the right thing but he just can't seem to tell the truth. As I walk on my unfinish patio the bluestone moves ,some have come loose from the concrete. He LIED when he said I got credit back from the credit card companies. One good thing that has happened is by him listing my name in the post I 've had over ten people  to date  that have either email or called me  to let me know how Absolute Bluestone screwed them over too. He either didn't fininsh a job,didn't pay a transporter for delivering his stones or had issues with the patio he installed. The picture I attached to the last posting were of my patio after I cleaned off the grout lines, it looked even worse the way they left it. The picture tell the story, its his poor workmanship. He kept writing stating that he would come back to finish and fix the patio but never did.  What's interesting is that he has posted pictures on his Facebook account of my patio in the early satages but he would be a fool to post the end result which is what you see here.

I see my name was include in the response which has allowed more people to contact me that have stated Absolute Bluestone either didn't finish the job that they paid for or that they didn't get paid for a service they provided to them for delivering the bluestone.

Let me start with the credit card charges, after he stopped responding with excuses as to why he couldn't  come to complete the job I then went to fight the charges on my credit card,but because so much time had passed the credit card companies never credited me any of the money.

James Ambrosino the owner of Absolute Blustone is clever, he knows that by consistantly postponing the job he allowed enough time to pass where I didn't have a chance to win a dispute of the charges.

I never received a credit for 8,000  I'm out more than 12,000 and I will gladly show anyone here the proof of all that I'm writing. I have dozens of emails to and from James stating he will come to COMPLETE the work they started.

I have pictures of the horrible work he has done which I posted on craigslist but he must have flagged them all.I will share them with anyone here that would like to see them, just look me up. I will also try to post the phot's here too.

I gave him plenty of opportunities and time to resolve this but instead he chose to ignore me after he was paid in full.

Eight people so far have contacted me thanking me for this posting on this site and others. Just yesterday a transporter that delivered stone for Absolute bluestone contacted me stating James used a credit card/debit card for a delivery of stone and there was no money in the account,and when he calls James he never answers the phone.

I have hired an attorney and its been years of going in circles.

Find yourself another company don't waste your time with Absolute Bluestone.   

 I had done a job for mitat lika and sold him the stone, total of job with stone was under 12k. I did the work we agreed on and he had paid me my final payment. There was additional work he wanted me to do at a later time, and I was not paid for it nor in contract. So winter goes by and spring starts and late spring I was trying to make time to get to his additional work. I just had became too busy with stone sales and told mitat I would not be able to do any more work or installations for any customer for that matter. Then I get an email that a stone had popped mitat called his credit card company and wanted to file a charge back for about 8k that he had paid me. I received notice of charge back and didn't fight it. So he was paid back 8,000.00 dollars from a 12,000.00 job. He received 75% of his money back. I let him have that money back cause I knew he might become a thorn in my side. Conclusion would be he received 75% of his money back and that was not good enough. His claims are just that claims. The events listed above had all taken place well before he posted this complaint.
