Absolute Eye Care Con Artist, who take your money when they dont even have the product Brooklyn, New York

This place recently opened up and the are always advertising outside like most of the solicitors do, but thwy reassure you that they seel the best product and have the best service. I went in with my old contact perscription and asked if i could get contacts with these percriptions and the said  no you have to get another exam. so i went ahead after they told me the exam was $65. when i went to the back i gave the doctor my old perscription so that i would not have to go through the whole process of a contact exam which is very lengthy. He then wrote down what was on my slip that i handed him and i asked him if there would still be a charge even though he was not doing the full exam. Then when i finished and went back outside to the counter to put in the order he said evrything would be $195 which was the "discount price" of the contacts. later that week i called back and they had not ordered my contacts yet, he said the company dont make them, and then he would order form another company. the next week i came and he said that no one makes them and they dont do refund. this is a con!! all along they knew that i would not be able to get contacts made in the brand and the color i wanted and they took my money anyway and said i would not be able to get my money back when nothing was ever order and then they said i would have to pay for the hand written no doctor signed copy of my perscription which i can do nothing with because the contacts that i want cannot be made. all of this was just a bog run around and scam becuase the took my $100 and i got back nothing in return.
