I ordered a T1 thermal imager from Ac Tool and paid with credit card. It cost over $4500 and to this day over 30 days later I have yet to receive any thermal imager from these yahoos. I get the run around everytime I call from either JJ Kaylor or his sidekick Chris Mayes. I think my money is long gone but now I am contacting my local Attorney General to file a complaint as well as their local police department. I have made enough calls and heard enough excuses. I would say do not buy anything from this company Ac Tool, also Aiken Colon, Kej supply. I searched online and I am not the first.

You should have contacted the bank that issued your credit card. If you ordered something on the card and the merchant didn't deliver, you can have the charge reversed. Don't wait another day. Most cards have limits of 60-90 days from the date of purchase.
