All of there cotacts on their web site just give you the run around to dead end screens. please watch out for this web site. So far I have had to cancell my credit card, and get a new one. A lot of hassel for some wait-loss!!

i ran into the same problem did u try them to see if they at least work? when i called did get in contact with someone but had to call my bank to cancel that card
