ACB Incentives Never recieved my $200.00 gift card rebate Internet

This company is a scam along with LG Electronics I bought a lgv30 smartphone through Verizon Wireless's v30 launch promotion we're if I bought the phone I would receive a $200 prepaid gift card I have not yet to receive the gift card, their customer service is extremely rude LG tells me that ACB incentives is a third party company they hire out to ship out the cards and it's their responsibility and vice versa I've been hung up on I've been told there's no tracking information that they can give me. They have not acted in good faith on this and after doing some research myself and looking into this I can see others have had the same issues.
