I was rear-ended July 3, 2013 by someone insured with ACCC. It has been 18 days since the accident and the adjuster Jennifer Pate has been very unresponsive. My insurance company and I have left messages and sent emails with zero response back. I left a voicemail and sent an email to her supervisor Paul Wilson today, and so far no response from him either. An adjuster has yet to evaluate the damage to my car. After reading other complaints this seems to be a pattern for the company and I feel bad that I may have to file suit against the lady that hit me since her insurance company is not paying as they should.
