I had a wreck on June 15,2015 & to this day still haven't received my money for them totaling my car. I have called numerous times & no return phone calls. To make it even worse is they have already come got my totaled vehicle & already received my original title for the car. Still n money. This is about the sorriest insurance to have. Will never use them again. Very disgruntled with how they handled my claim.
