I am having with my credit report. The account name “Receivables” was added to my report and was disputed with TransUnion on April 05, 2017. The investigation was completed and the account said above was deleted from my TransUnion credit report. Later, the account was added back as “Access Receivables Management” on May 11, 2017. This action infringes on my Fair Credit Reporting Act Rights for Section 605 [15 U.S.C. § 1681c(c)(1)].
