The iroadside Assistance was purchased well before the date I called and there was no valid reason to deny my claim! Your rebuttal was just another example of your company's coming up with lies and excuses to not honor the plan. I used AAA for the same sort of service with no issues before and will continue to use them after. No one should have to deal with a company like yours!

It would be helpful to know what type of membership you purchased, from whom and more details of the call. I joined up AAA today and called them up and they came with no problem, sent a battery person and then a towing person. Just use AAA and save yourself the headache of dealing with those people.
