Don't waste your time and money and buy from someone else. They use different URLs (Motorcyclewindshield.com, Motorcycle-Exhaust.com, Motorcycletire.com, HJC-Helmets.com, ShoeiHelmets.com, Motoshop.net, Motorcycleapparel.net) so people will not recognize them and their bad reputation. I ordered something, they charged me immediately and never shipped it. I couldn't get a refund because they never answered my calls or emails!

We have seach our database and can not find any records of a buyer name Lou Sarah making any purchases from us. All orders are pay with creditcard or Paypal therefore buyers have buyers protection and can get refunds even if the merchant refuses to do it. If a buyer has an issue with a purchase he made with us all he has to do is contact our toll free number or email so we can correct the situation.
This person has never place an order with us under the name Lou Sarah. It is incorrect that some can place and order received no merchandine and not get his money back. If the merchart does not respond and does not provide a tracking number he should call his credit card or paypal to use his buyer protection in order to obtain his money back, this person is not telling the truth because you just do not loose your money, you have recourse and can get your money back but not by making a false story and writing in this website.
