I found a Sony remote tripod for an affordable price. I submitted my credit card info to them on 6-27-14. I realized I hadn't received a email concerning if my product has been shipped or not so I call the 1-866 number only to get a 'this phone number does not accept calls'. Knowing that I can't get in contact with this company and having put my credit card info on their site now makes me weary that I may not see my tripod and they may or may not deduct the amount from my credit card.

If you can't get in contact with a company steer clear away as far as possible. Wish I had known before I placed my order.
