Scott contacts law firms and acts like he has a large business that reports news on car accidents. He wants attorneys to sponsor his service. However, upon further analysis, there are very few accidents reported on his staff, and it certainly appears that there is no one actually adding accidents to his webpage. I'm not sure what his true qualifications are. But unsolicited information about his organization are undesirable.
