Shwan Wheeler called me up several weeks ago regarding a credit card account that was closed out in 2005-

Shawn told me that I would be sued/wages garnished/a lean put on my house if I didnt pay-

I was sent a letter outlining the terms and conditions of the settlement-I paid $500.00 up front and $250 x month for the next 6 months-I recentely found out that that $0.00 has been applied to my bablance-Shawn Wheeler stole my money.

If you get a call from Shawn Wheeler-even if he puts it in writing. he will steal from you. DONT PICK UP.

Hey Good Guy 83, I am confused here. You filed 2 ripoff reports in one day for the same company.

Report #1 Shwan Wheeler called me up several weeks ago regarding a credit card account that was closed out in 2005- Shawn told me that I would be sued/wages garnished/a lean put on my house if I didnt pay- I was sent a letter outlining the terms and conditions of the settlement-I paid $500.00 up front and $250 x month for the next 6 months-I recentely found out that that $0.00 has been applied to my bablance-Shawn Wheeler stole my money. If you get a call from Shawn Wheeler-even if he puts it in writing. he will steal from you. DONT PICK UP.

Report #2 Shawn Wheeler of ADS called me up regarding a 9 year old credit card debt. He told me I would get sued/wages garnished/a lean put on my home if I didn't pay. He sent sent me a vague letter stating terms of the agreement. I agreed to pay $600.00 up front and $200.00 x month for the next 3 months. Shawn Wheeler stole my money. Not a single cent was applied to the account. Im out hundreds of dollars because Shawn Wheeler is a thief.

Now if you look at report #1 your dept was closed out in 2005, that means that the credit card company charged off  your debt, and sold it to someone else. It looks like the total debt here was for 2000.00.

Now if you look at report #2 your debt was closed out 9 years ago (2005), and this report says you paid a total of 1200.00

Question #1:  Why do  you assume that they did not apply any of the monies paid towards the balance?  I am assuming they offered you a settlement for less than the full amount.

Observation #1: I am assuming this is for 2 different  credit cards that were CHARGED OFF.   How can  you refer to your self as Good guy 83, when you did not pay for 2 credit cards and the original credit card company had to CHARGE OFF the balances in 2005? Just saying, in my book a person who doesn't pay his bills has no right to refer to himself as a Good Guy.  And if you did get ripped off by this company, I would say you got some pay back for forcing these credit card companies to charge off monies you RIPPED OFF, THAT YOU WERE A THIEF towards back in 2005.  The real THEIF is you, because if you had paid these 2 credit cards AS AGREED, this company would not have had any reason to call you up, and play you like a PATSY!!!!!!!

payback is a b***h aint it!!!!

Sincerely

credit card avenger!!!!
