Account now I had mobile alerts set up to my phone and never received them notifying me of my state and federal deposits to my card and account now has held my funds for over a week now and ate requesting document after document to verify my address so that I can gain access to my funds and I have sent them at least 10 personal documents but my funds are still being held by them and customer service is very poor, they are continuing to give me the run around and when asked about my funds being returned to the state and irs they told me that it will take 6-12 weeks, this is very stressful and sad. I decided to use account now for my tax purposes, I also had mobile alerts set up to my account,  I received my state taxes on the 3rd never received an alert of the deposit,  I also received an federal deposit on the 10th and never received an alert of the deposit.  I called the card to check for funds and both deposits were there,  I tried using the card and it was declined several times,  I called account now and was told that I had to upload 4 documents verifying my address,  I sent my state I.d along with my s.s card, check stub,  2 w2 forms and both statements from my tax preparer, also a vehicle registration after issues weren't resolved and they ate still holding on to my funds?  

I spoke with management several times and nothing has been resolved, I'm still getting the run around,  when asked about my funds being returned to the irs and the state I wad told that it would take anywhere from 6-12 weeks,  I was told to wait and see if all documents get cleared,  I am so done with this fraudulent company because it is said for someone to have to go through all of this drama about money that belongs to themselves,  they have very poor customer service and the only thing that they continue to say is that they apologize and thanks for the documents that you've sent us. How many more people are going to have to go through this abuse at the hands of this company?  I want justice.
