I opened an online "checking Account" about 2 months ago at accountnow Visa. I have paid a 29.95 activation and deposited and activated card. They will not release money and comes back declined even though this is the first time I am trying card. I looked through net and others have the same problem with these internet banks. I asked for refund and they convienantly hung up after waiting 20 minutes 3 times. I e-mailed 4 times with no response.
