My 4 year old GE Front Load Washer was not working. I called Accurate Appliance Repair in Republic, MO. They came out and looked at it, and charged me $100.00 to tell me the spring needed to be replaced. They had to order the part, which took one week to get in. When they came back out, they said the part was $80.00 and charged me another $109.00, for a total cost of $209.00. I looked the part up on the internet and it was a $16.00 part.

These people will rip you off!!! Do not use them!!!
