Bought a house in sept. 19 and had a home inspection done (inspector recommende by my agent).  When I moved in the dishwasher was not working.  Tried to reach him, never responded.  A few weeks later I was woken up by my friend who told me the alarm was going off in the basement. 

The police, firetrucks came, there was a high level of carbon monoxide in the house!!  ended up in the ER with my daughter.  According to the technician who fixed it told me that the inspector should have seen it that it was full of dirt so was the chimney. 

On top of that the diswasher not working, the door frame has huge openings wind and cold coming in, under the kitchen cabinets not closed and cold coming in from the outside.  I demanded my $500 back, my agent tried to get in touch with him also, not responding! 

I can see myself with an inspection if the water is running and if the stove is working!!  This is not acceptable, now am trying to sell the house because I don t feel safe here.  My agent had asked him when he did "the inspection" if this house was safe for a single woman (widowed) and he said yes. 

Don t ever use this company, "Accurate Home Inspection Services"  paid $520.00 for??  Be aware!!!

Called his office many times and warned them if I don t get a response and my $$ back I will report them!  Also called the Better Business Bureau.  Reported them.
