Ace Advertising, Aeon Marketing, Tidewater Events, Milestone Marketing Beware of the Dragon Queen with the overflowing breast named Darcy Glen Allen Virginia

Hey Guys! I'm here to shed a little light on this recurring drama that is Ace Advertising or Milestone Marketing or Aeon Marketing or.....well, you get my point.

I had the misfortune of working at Ace Advertising and its owner Darcy M. I was promised the world and boy did it deliver, with my definition of the world being a world of pain and torment.

As we've all heard by now, it was more of a cult than anything else. I've read over a few of the rebuttals on this particular site and they are all the same thing. Someone always chooses to defend these companies and if you take note, they all no longer work there for one reason or another. HOW IRONIC! I strongly believe that these rebuttals are done by the very same people whom the article was written about. Think about it...when was the last time you went on line to view your past employers profile on the Rip Off Report.

I have talked to a few of these people and I know there mannerisms and the way they speak and all of the responses sound so familiar. Speaking of sounding familiar...why does everyone responding have the same response to each question. I thought the Borg collective was only a fictious creation of Star Trek. To my point, to a certain degree I believe that this program works. It takes the right person to get through this program and that's what they are looking for.

Here's what I'm saying....Charles Manson was an evil man and just like any cult leader, he was able to find some people who supported his beliefs. This is the power of any, dare I say 'successful' cult. We all have a choice and it is ours and ours alone to make. These companies suck a big one, but they have their followers and believers as we've seen with a lot of these rebuttals. Darcy M U N S H O W E R is no exception. She is very good at her job. She knows just what to say and what not to say to grow her business. She has an uncanny ability to look you in the eyes and despite your constant pleads of sympathy, to lie to you repeatedly and tell you she can be trusted.

I will add this as well, this is supposed to be a professional business but yet the owner chooses to walk around in tops that are more becoming a street walker (prostitute) than a business woman. Darcy, word of advice, there is a show called, "What Not to Wear"; check it out. The entire office is a mess. She runs around without a clue of what she's doing and is quite possibly the biggest disgrace to working professional woman everywhere.

These companies are a joke and I strongly suggest that you do your research and find out more before accepting an offer of employment from them. FYI- there are no benefits until you reach management status(and that statement comes from a dynamic and super person that I met who had been with the company for nine months and was only a leader in a program that only takes 6 - 10 months to get to manager) You put a lot of wear and tear on your car driving out to your territory with interviews and Days of Observation. You work 13 hour days and may not make any money because regardsless of what they tell you it is commission, and it's door to door on top of it all. Let's not forget that you work on Saturdays as well and if you don't you're told that you're not serious about your opportunity eventhough in the beginning you're told it's optional.

The truth is people, that eventhough they tell you that you're working for yourself, if you don't come in they don't make money off of your efforts and they will react to you accordingly. Take care and make that right decision.
