A Payday loan company claims that I owe for a Payday Advance Loan which I do not. know I paid off all my loans my identity was stolen and ever since then people have been trying to contact me and say that I owe them money but when I check the address out in Intelius program which determines where the address is located it comes up as not existing and then when I checked the phone number physical address out it has no association with any business and does not give any further information so it is a false letter that I received

They may mention legal action, jail time, and action taken regarding your social security number. In reality, these are fraudulent attempts to solicit money from you, and they are NOT from ACE Cash Express.
