  signed up for a program that fixes computers that are not working,talk to tech explained their policy,the techs worked on my computer quite long and many days , finally i called them up and said  told  them i wanted to cancel ,the first time 9-3-12. i would   recieve refund 3-5 days , (talked to adellia), then today i called talked to (donna), she told me she will not give me a refund because, the refund was only good for 10 days, which was not mention in the conversation with tech and she does not know anything about the other charges , i tried to fax over bank statment of transaction, the fax machine just rings ,finally the fax said bussy
