Acer ripoff warranty extension instead of rebate NOT RECIEVED THEY SAID not there fault mail lost Sydney Australia

i bought a acer laptop and it was supposed to have a 100 dollar rebate i went to the website and they said u can exchange it for an extended warranty but u had to send in the panel off the box with a number on it sn number so i cut out the panel and photocopyed the purchase document as asked by them posted it all in a letter that was overnight delivery . i heard nothing i emailed them they said they didnt recieve it and i said well how can i send u the panel again when its already sent they said not there fault if the mail doesnt arrive

i heard from a owner of a computer shop that he also had this same problem from some of the customers that there mail also apprently never got recieved so they couldnt get there cash back . all the staff on the phone are indians and impossible to get any sense from they just talk in circles..

SCAM!!!!!!!!
