#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Reputation for always paying players
AUTHOR: Todd - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, January 12, 2015
I have been a manager at Ace Sportsbook for 5 years, and I know for a fact that we take our responsibility to pay players very seriously. Of course there have been times when we cut off a player, but we have never withheld or seized winnings, nor otherwise prevented a player from cashing out. I am not sure which player filed the report below, but it does not sound at all like our business practice. There is no bigger risk to the reputaiton of an offshore book than the stigma of non paying, this is something we have always understood, and therefore have always prioritized -- and our pristine track record on this front is one of the principal reasons the company has grown by 400% in the last few years. Pay people, and they keep playing. Pay people, and they refer friends. We are a serious business with thousands of clients, and we understand this most foundational tennant to the sportsbook industry.
When you win, you get paid. Every time.
Unfortunately, we are subjected to a lot of scams, as you might expect in an unregulated industry. People often use online reviews and scam reports as a bargaining chip, and if that is what happened here, it is upsetting to see.
If you are the player that filed this report and you actually believe Ace is withholding your money, please contact our principal manager direclty nick (at) acesportsbook.com and I am certain he will be able to rectify the situation.
