I ordered a lace front 18 inch wig from them. It was taking forever for it to arrive so I sent an email to them by clicking reply to their status email to me. They responded. The wig arrived next day and it was a piece of crap from China. No lace AT ALL and the scalp was a shiny plastic. The thing was a 10 inch Bob when I ordered a 18 inch straight fall. I sent email explaining what I received and stated that I want to return the item. My email came back undeliverable...twice. I am now stuck with this mess. If anyone decides to sue, count me in.
