 It is interesting that you would like to dub the above complaint to be fictitious in nature, when in fact you have done the exact same thing to me. My emails continue to go unanswered, you’ve robbed me out of over a thousand dollars and refuse to take any accountability. What you are doing is disgusting is downright mean. I am not sure if you have me blocked via email, but I am seeking to take legal action against you. I may not be able to get a refund because let’s face it, you are a crook and probably won’t pay up regardless of losing the case. However, you will have a permanent judgment against you and I will continue to spread the word in regard to your "business operation” and how it is merely a way of conning innocent victims out of their hard-earned money such as myself.

The agreement that was signed by both parties, clearly established my company as a marketing consultant.  We have never claimed to be "lead generators".  The client did not have the budget of our normal charge of $2500 per month because her husband was against hiring a consultant to review their business.  We adjusted the fee to $1750 which she accepted.  As an end result, we provided the presentation of what imagery and content should replace their existing outdated website https://www.rcfrisch.com   She complimented the landing page site (slide 5) via email calling it "it's great, says everything on one page." 

The client then asked us to contact 5 priority potential customers.  We contacted 15 in order to get a sense of their response to the client's brand.  All 15 were called, and sent email presentations--we presented her with an excel file and their responses.  In general, the contacts found the client's website outdated in comparison to the competitors.  She blamed us for not winning over new clients.  This was not the agreement nor were we responsible for a potential new customer--she had tried to make contact with the same list on her own and failed--our job was and remains to be a marketing consultant--she did not make any of the changes we had suggested.  We have filed a complaint against RC Frisch and posted the presentation for anyone's review.  The additional costs listed is a fabrication.  She paid an additional $325 to send media kits via FedEx to her target group which we printed, collated, placed in folder/envelopes and FedEx overnight.  Her allegation of $2800 is not correct.  This was an out of pocket expense which she approved prior to the preparation.

We have served hundreds of clients and have never had this type of false accusation.  We suggest a state-approved arbitrator to settle any differences--we stated that we would accept a court-approved arbitrator's judgment.  She refused but chose to file this fraudulent complaint.  After her refusal to arbitration, we blocked her email as it was filled with insults which we will file with the transportation board.
