No; ; CASE FILE DOWNLOADED x x 1 x ACS Debt <acs.debt.recovery.usa@gmail.com> Jan 21 to ACS CASH-ADVANCE SERVICES Legal Department for Debt Collection and Bank Fraud Customer REF No; Amount Due: $940.30 Notice of Legal Proceedings It has come to our attention that your account is now SERIOUSLY OVERDUE and this letter is a final demand for payment.  THIS IS THE RESPONSE I GOT BACK FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN I ASKED for the # and address of their company ACE SETTLEMENT DEPARTMENT 5:52 AM (13 hours ago) As company norms, the only mode of payment we are allowed to accept for settlement and arrangement plan has to be through Reloadit (payPower). Reload Pack (netSpend ) Green Dot Visa prepaid card without activation so that you do not give out any of your personal information any more to anyone. If you want to pay through debit card then you have to pay your outstanding amount. Note: Once you will make the payment then we will send you settlement completion letter and all the legal documents within three business days. Kindly provide us your required payment information by today so that we can update your account and avoid all legal consequences..
