*Consumer Comment: They are scammers - don't contact them in any way
I have never received a loan from these people and I received an email stating that if I don't pay a settlement amount of $432.45, then my property and bank account will be seized in two days and I will go to rpison for a year.
And that if they haven't received any mail from my side, they will download case file to the court house and they will inform my work place about my debt and the case file, and once the case file is forwarded to the court house then I will have to pay $4085.85 in front of the judiciary & the settlement of $432.45 will not be acceptable.
I have not heard of this place, so I don't know hwy they are harrasing me.

If you search this website, Ripoff Report, you will see hundreds of reports about these scammers, ACS. They contact people and threaten them with all kinds of illegal actions just like you describe. They are scammers. Don't contact them. Read the FTC.gov website so you recognize a scam when you are presented with one. The best route - ignore them. If they call you, hang up. These scammers are betting that you will be intimated into paying them something to get them off your back. Don't fall for it. Good luck.
