They have sent me repeated e-mails threatening to take me to court for check fraud and claiming that I owe them money. This email contains a court located in Queens, NY and they say that I must respond in 24 hours to get a OOCR or no one will be able to help me. They repeatedly send these things, and I do not have any record of borrowing money from anyone at so-called ACS Corp.
