acs legal eservice keeps calling stating that they have a legal matter pending in my name and needed my info and wanted to verify my SSN. Called 9 times in a row when i would not give him any of my info.

That is all they are - there is no lawsuit, no need for attorneys or anything else. Tell them to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters!
