The guys at action jackson are terrible employees. They charge too much and offer bad service. they never return calls and they never help out anyone. They are just in it for the money and once they have it, you will never hear from them again. Bad company, poorly run. Do not ever use this company, as you will regret it.

Dear "mad at the world",
First let me start by saying other than the fact that you were not happy with our pricing, your statement says nothing about the job we actually did for you, so I cannot address the situation nor can I explain. However, to say that we are "just in it for the money" is unfair. We actually have some of the lowest prices in the greater Seattle area and that is because we are a small family owned business. We don't have a big fancy office. We don't own a big fancy home. We actually got into this because we found that other large companies were overcharging and felt we could offer better pricing without all the upsales that big companies often do.
I do not know who you were calling, But I return calls promptly and we DO NOT have an answering service. We, the owners answer our phones on a regular basis and rarely do calls go to voicemail. We do this so that our service is personal from the start.
No company or person for that matter is perfect, but I can honestly say we try whole heartedly to complete jobs on a timely matter and in a professional fashion to the best of our ability. We do jobs for major companies in Seattle and have a great reputation. This short report you chose to write upsets us and required that I respond as we don't look lightly on upset customers. In this business we have however found that you can't please everyone and sometimes people complain regardless of how hard you try.
The only other thing I would like to address is the title of your report. Calling my employee an alcoholic severly upset me. Thats not being upset because your price was to high. Thats simple slander. As it happens I have an employee who is sick. So my guess is he is the one that helped you or may have been there helping another tech. He is choosing to work while he fights his battle and we respected that. Next time you opt to judge someone on their looks, perhaps you might think twice before you jump to a conclusion.
