Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They promise me $12,000.00 to re-lamp 5 SEARS stores. I spent $1500.00 in hotel fees alone, and another 900 in gas ! They only payed me $3,100.00. In total ! I was suppose to get half the money@ the completion of each store. And the other half in 60 days of completion. They never kept there word on any of that !
"June Bonsall " the lady in charge of human resources, was very rude and nasty! And to ad insult to injury, she screwed up my payroll ! "Ed Jurel " the head project manager, promise me the world; just so I could finish the stores. Well, they were all lies. They still owe me lots of money. I am taking them to small claims court !

I have been contacted by the owner of the company. The other workers that helped me on the jobs, have now been paid. However, I still have not been paid. I have been promised many times, and given pay dates. But I have not been paid ! I will update the report agin later ; with whatever the result.

Since my last posting, Action National Sign and Lighting, has responded to my complaints. After almost 60 DAYS LATER, two of my workers/friends were paid what they was owed.Then, I was sent an email saying they would fulfill their promise to me,and pay me what was owed on 10/21/2008. That was yesterday. Well, I am updating my report. They still have not paid me the money they owe me! June Bonsall, the secretary incharge of payroll, told me " remove the rip-off report, and we will talk about payment ". That is completely aginst the law, to with-hold a persons earned wages ! If Action National Sign And Lighting owes you money, I can help you ! I currently have a case pending, and will be more than happy to help anyone else get their money from these people to !
