Action Sports Network 2008, Freestyle Shop ordered shoes never received but charged credit card and should have been no cost for shipping but charged shipping as well Internet

My wife and son made an online purchase for shoes from freestyleshop.com which is a subsidiary of action sports network 2008. We never received the shoes, but our credit card was charged. The purchase should have been "no cost for shipping" but we were also charged shipping on an item we never recieved.
The company phone number is out of service and no address is given. I know they should have been a little more aware of the lack of information but that doesn't excuse being ripped-off. Please be aware as the website is still up and running and others may get ripped off as well.
