I paid for a 2 year subscription for 4 magazines. The price was over $300. When the contract was up, they renewed it without my permission. I have been trying to cancel this account for 2 months. I have an 800 number to call but the person who handles my account is never in her office. Since I am unable to leave a message to cancel, I am told to call back on my own time.
They claim I owe them over $500. I am unable to reach anyone to cancel.
These people are Scam Artists.
