We posted motorcycle on Postaroo, contacted by one Adam Smith, posing as a "Broker". Arranged to send a cashiers check to us for 8500.00 5,000 for bike and 3500 to pay "transporter" when they came to pick it up.

I got a little leery when he would not provide any information, ie address, where shipping to etc. assured us Cashiers check was legit. Once check arrived I had our bank rep run it to make sure BEFORE I deposited it. BOGUS!! I have emailed this guy numerous times that I got the check and now he will not answer mail.

This scam really needs looked into as he is passing off bogus cashiers checks, that our bank rep said looked very legit, the next person may not be as lucky as we were, the bike never left our possession, so we didn't loose any thing, but the next person may not be so lucky.
