Adams & Son Gardens Dishonest Rude Owner Set Up Business Trap to Rip Off Customers Chicago IL Illinois

Some plants we purchased for our business are sick, we did research online, it more than likely was caused by disease developed when they were still in the nursery. We contacted them for further care informations and hopefully rescure instractions, all we got was the store manager blitering on the phone and told us all sales are final, hanged up on us!!! We knew that all sales are final and no exchange when we made purchase to surport this local so called family business assuming they were honest, but we had never expected we could be mistreated like that and totally trying to shame us. We felt we need to do something to report them and warn other people about this business trap.
