Adaptive Learning Systems, Adaptive Learning Buyer Beware of this Company Largo, Florida

Buyer beware of this company. Do not even think about their Lifetime Membership, it is not refundable and you don't need it. I believed in their products until I tried to order more videos. It took them almost 7 months before I got them. They would not respond to my e-mails until I sent an e-mail to the President, which he turned over to customer service. They responded a couple of time and still screwed up the order twice. I didn't here from them for almost two months. I think they only responded because I filed a complaint with the BBB and they were forced to. They do not want to give me my money back for training material that I haven't requested yet. This problem is still not resolved. I sent another e-mail to the President and I haven't heard anything still. Their rating with the BBB as of 6-15-2010 is D+. Stay away from this company and all other companies they go by. Do not buy their packs. If you don't like them you will be stuck if you want your money back. Buy Trainsignal or CBT Nuggets for training and Actualtests.com for testing. If you tell them that is too much, they will probably ask you to hold so they can talk with their manager and they will come back with a lower price which is about the same price they sell them for. I was really disappointed in some of the Microsoft videos and I'm stuck with them. What a legal battle this is going to be. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
