I have ordered online from Vista Print my business cards & other materials for my at home business. They had this offer of $10 off my order when I had finished placing the order. I decided, "why not".

I entered my email address & went through answering a couple things. I never gave out my credit or Debit Card. I read on to find that I would be charged $9.95 a mo. for their services. I decided not to complete the process & sign up for their 'service'.

I have been charged every mo. through both Galleria USA & Businessmax. NOTE: There are several different reports here regarding this company and the fowl dishonest practices of this business.

I contacted Vista Print to inform them of the company they are connection us with. I told the guy I never completed the process, NEVER received emails of the supposed services this company offers, nor the $10 off my order.

The Jamaican gentleman I spoke to... yes Jamaica thought I was using harsh words when I described this company as being Fraudulant and dishonest & their company is supporting them & enabling their customers to be ripped off as well. I was blown off by Vista Print. Their integrity or concern for the consumer was not important.

They feel this company offers customers discounts and a great service. Hmmm? I have been charged by 2 of their Alias's, I have not recieved anything in keeping with the agreement, nor did I complete the process.

BIG WARNING!!! There is a SMALL text under this offer that states, if you Give Galleria USA or whatever they call themselves your address... VISTA PRINT will give them all your information & you will be charged $9.95 a mo.

The rep I spoke to said it is very small, they have had other customers who have called to complain and were taken in as well. I remarked that they need to NOT give out our information, & if They are doing so, They need to make in completely obvious to the customer perhaps by in Larger text that states YOU WILL BE CHARGED BY THIS OTHER COMPANY if you give them your address. WE will give them your credit card information as well. DO YOU AGREE Check this box. Again, blown off.

IT is dishonest that Vista Print doesn't make this more obvious to the customer. Especially when there are customers that are complaining in regards to not seeing this small print. They have no business giving anyone our credit card information without us literally confirming this as I suggested. THEY are being Paid for all the people who sign up with the fraud company. They don't want you to KNOW you are going to be charged. They don't care.

Vista Print is just as liable since they are helping scam you and giving out your information!!!

I called Galleria USA (You have to call them seperately) I was told I would be credited for JUST THAT MONTH.... You will not be refunded for any prior months. I explained to her that their Businessmax was charging me as well. She said she would transfer me to them.

I asked for the supervisor. While on hold, got my Bank on the line. When I confronted him with the bank rep on the phone telling him that I had not agreed to either of their alias companies charging me, and they had been doing so since November, what was he going to do about it. He had hung up. My bank rep., Cancelled my card, made note that I tried to confront the company with her as a wittness as well, which helped back up my claim/dispute. I will be credited back the $99.95 from both companies in the next 2-5 business days, the bank rep told me.

Back to the Vista Print Rep., They are enabling the company to rip us off. They are not making it clear to their custoemrs that they are giving your address, your credit info etc... to another company. I was charged 2 seperate charges from this company, for the same service. & they refused to refund my money.

Again, thi9s ripoffreport site has more posting from other customers on the Adaptive Marketing, with about 25 or 30 other alias's. So check it out. I suggest you call your bank and report it immediately. As well, find out how you got signed up for this information, Contatc the company that hooked you to them, Let them know they are helping you get ripped off & it is through them that you were referred to them. & that you will no longer do business with them.

The Rep at Vista Print tried to offer me 25% off my order. I laughed as I was online at their site and I was being offered 50%. Some help!!!... The guy had not feel for honesty or integrity. Stay away from Vista Print as well.
