Adaptive Marketing- Shopping Essentials Plus - Restaurant.com Shopping Essentials + Unauthorized Credit Card Charges Omaha, Nebraska

This company somehow got access to my Chadwick's credit card account and put an unauthorized charge on the account. Chadwick's says that there is nothing they can do because it was a thrid party charge. (Which in and of itself sounds shady to me.) Why is Chadwick's asociated with a company like this?

I contacted the number that Chadwick's gave me to have the charge removed, and was told that they had no record of the charge being made. It's still in dispute and I'm very very distraught over the whole ordeal.
