(((REDACTED))) Playa Vista (((REDACTED))) (for some reason he wouldn't give me the unit number for delivery)    This guy has been scamming for awhile after I put out some feelers to people who he has purchased from in the past.  The scam is quite simple and I am curious why paypal has not shut him down yet but I guess when you are the buyer they will always side with you . If this was a one off incident I would not post this but he has scammed me and at least one well known retail store in LA with which I am friends with.   What Addison does is purchase the item and if the item has no tracker within an hour he will file a non receipt claim with paypal and escalate it right away.  After I put in the tracker and it shows delivery paypal still sided with him as they told me they did not see a tracker in the original claim (a known glitch on paypal at the moment). 

Even if the seller goes through appeals to get their money back, it is covered under paypal seller guarantee and the seller still gets paid but in the meantime Addison gets the product for free.     This is exactly what he did to me, I am glad I did not sell him more than one piece as I was not comfortable selling via paypal .    In the case of my friend and a physical store, the paypal trick didnt work for him.  Instead once the money was released back to the store our friend Addison filed a chargeback with his credit card claiming the item was fake which the payment processor then has to go to the retailed and verify supply chain which is a pain in the a*s.    It is because of people like this normal consumers have to pay exorbitant prices for items as each missing/stolen item compounds to less profit.     STOP THIS GUY DO NOT DEAL WITH ADDISON MINES
