Adorna Never received product was charged anyway Internet

 I did what said was a 30 day trial. The trial was actually only 14 days. They charged me exactly Monday 14. When I called the rep was EXTREMELY RUDE. She argued that the tracking number says it was received. Well it may have been received somewhere but not here! In order to get my money back I need to report it as lost or stolen mail. When I provide them that confirmation number they will investigate. She seems to be under the belief I'm just making this all up. She also said "or you can return it for your money back". If I actually had it that might be an option. So now I'm stuck waiting for an investigation that I already know will go against me.
