ADP Total Pay Card Holding funds and over charging Roseland New Jersey

I was given this card on the 10th of July, my payroll check was deposited on the 13th of July. I checked my balance for 2 days(every time being charged .50) and it still had not been transfered to my card. So as a safety precaution I cosed my account,on the 16th. The next day my check was on the card. I contacted the company (was chraged $3 everytime I spoke to them) they told me they would mail the balance. As of yesterday the 29th I had still not received my money.So I called the company, they said they mailed my check on the 23rd.

Never at the age of 41 and having dealt with pay cards, did it take 3days to deposit a pay check to a pay card. And I receive mail from Europe in less time. I don't know what is up with this company but, I feel they hold funds to draw interest or something and that should be totally illegal.

Something is not right and to rip off people like this and hold their funds is rediculous. We work hard for our money and this is a pay check from the beginning of the month and now we are going into another month and I have not gotten paid yet causing me to pay late charges on bill and to borrow money....!!!!!
