Leandro Collado advertised on craigslist on December 19th, 2014 to rent a loft apartment, 877 Island Ave, Apt 701, San Diego, CA 92101 under the name of Frank Wisehart, property manager, using the name Leandro Collado as the landlord. According to the MLS listing, he is not the owner. But he is asking for money to be wired into his account in order to secure the unit. He says the apartment cannot be shown until after he receives the money.
