MY INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRED MY NEW HOME HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM. SALESMAN REFUSED TO USE EXISTING ADT SYSTEM. CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL $200 OVER THE SO CALLED FREE $800 SYSTEM. WAS TOLD DIDNT NEED A PREMIT FOR THE SECURITY SYSTEM. ALARM WENT OFF AND CITY FINED ME.

WAS TOLD TO MAIL REWARD CERTIFICATE FOR $100 VISA FOR BUYING ADT SYSTEM. MPELL CLAIMS NEVER RECEIVED THE CERTIFICATE WHICH TAKES 6 WEEKS TO PROCESS. THUS NO GIFT CARD AND UNABLE TO REFILE. ADT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF SYSTEM SHOWS ERRORS BUT LOCKED INTO 3 YR PLAN AT $75 A MONTH.
