"Caligirlluvin" on Adult Friend Finder is a fake profile. They are using my picture and my age. I'd like the profile to be reported and removed off Adult Friend Finder. Thanks.

Just because a picture is posted on the Internet does not make it public domain.

The person who took the picture owns the copyright.   That person needs to send a "DMCA takedown notice"  to the company that is hosting the website (do a WHOIS search to find that info).    If the image is not taken down, the copyright owner can sue the hosting company.   In most cases the takedown notice works.

Why is your picture out there for anyone to use?  You posted it, and it became public property.  Too bad now.  And why is this report under Restaurants?
