Nothing "Elite" about this this Company. It will nickel and dime you for every penny they can take and provide you with slow, inefficient, inefficeint, overpriced and often discourteous service. In particular, Meredith Jenners is one of the biggest examples of this Company's  problems. I suggest that you don't go near them if you prefer to be treated differently.
