And NO such deposited was or has been put into my bank account. I have bank records that prove that this claim is false. I have been told from acs incorp that they have opened a lawsuit against me for a 300 dollar online cash advance that they claim was deposited into my account. No online cash advance was ever deposited into my account and i have bank statments that would show nothing was never deposited. I have received email after email from them about this claim. I have asked them to provide me this "proof" they stated they have and yet i still have not been given anything. I have never been called from them or sent any letters.. only emails.

This scam is known as the payday loan collections scam and the scammer counts on you reacting to their emails. As you know already, you never got a loan from them. There never was a loan. The scammer counts on you thinking that there was a loan. Don't contact them. Don't send them any money. The email is meant to intimidate you enough to send them money so they won't go to the next step. There is no next step because they are scammers that are just persistant with emails.
Go to FTC(dot)gov and read up on consumer scams and how to recognize them and what to do if you are a victim. Never send them money and don't call contact them. Good luck.
