I've had no luck with Jay Baird or Jennifer. Jennifer told me that my machines where crap and that's why 90% dropped out!!!! Jay sent Bob Dillion out to locate my machines - 90% dropped out - Bob put them in without permission. Jay told me to read the contract - they will only replace 20% of t
he locations! Another rude person said "can't your read?"
I don't know what to do... I have 132 Vendstar machines in my garage and have spent every dime on getting these placed and purchased.
Somebody - Anybody - any advice? It's been 5 months!

This is a bogus report and was most likely placed by a competitor trying to hurt our business. We have NEVER used Bob Dillon to place vending machines for our company, we have NEVER had a customer by the name of Martin, in New York and we have not placed vending machines for Vendstar, in these numbers, anywhere in the country, since we stoppped getting business from Vendstar in 2004 (five years before this complaint was placed).
