Advance Telecom Inc. I sent $49.96 to Advance Telecom Inc. because they said that the would send me a drown load of the program 'Macromedia Flash Player 8'. I never received an email from them. Internet Internet

On Nov. 12th I was on the web looking for a program called 'Macromedia flash Player 8. Advance Telecom Inc. said if I would pay $ 49.96 that they would send me the program by email for me to down load. I sent the money by Pay Pal. I never received an email from Advance Telecom.

I opened a dispute through Pay Pal. They said that A. T. sent a message that had a user name, a pass word and a email address of 'sales@unlimited' and a phone number '1-866-903-4555' which turned out to be in India and ununderstandable. The email address was not valid.
So Stay Away from Advance Telecom Inc. They must be a fraud.
