I ordered a free trial of teeth whitening. They enrolled me in a program which I did not want. With my free trial they charged me $24.99, $4.99 for shipping & handling then $78.93. That's a big price for a FREE trial.

When I called to cancel, (same day as order was placed), I was told the order was already processes.

After receiving the product, (which I thought I had already cancelled), I called to return the product and receive a refund and was told they don't allow that but will cancel any future shipments.
