I bought an O2 snesor that had a 20$ rebate. Advanced Auto emailed a month later and said I did not put in the right store number and gave me an internet link to correct. I did that but every time, the site said that no claim existed. I finally called customer service. The rep was rude and condescending. Finally she told me the rebate had expired. So I am done with AAP and will shop elsewhere.
