Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
JT at Advanced Car Stereo in Murrieta took my money (over $1000) but to date I have not received anything for it. They altered the receipt of "sales contract" and argued I signed away over $1000, with no right to recover anything- no labor and no materials. Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of grief. They are quite obviously intent on scamming you wherever they can. If you did manage to receive something from them, I can't believe they would stand behind their services or product. Hopefully they will be investigated by the California Attorney General- someone should serve jail time for this fraud.

Character of Personnel contrary to what is stated

Upon a recent first-time visit to "Advanced", I asked for a specific Kenwood in-dash deck with 3 very specific features. Another vender is selling the unit for $89 with free shipping a no tax. When Advanced discovered they did not have the exact model, The attendant offered to sell me a higher-spec, "Marine" model containing the required features at the same price! Although the mail-order vendor includes the mounting HW free, I am confident the Advanced has exactly what is needed or can get get it in a flash. She also knocked $20 off on the HW. She also gave a concrete estimate of one hour to complete the job(No if's, ands, or buts). Even with the $150 Labor cost, I couldn't be more confident. And I fully intend to purchase high-end Kickers, a Modest Sub, and a matching Amp.
Posting on the Rip-Off report without supplying the details of WHY you aledgedly (gave someone $1000 for nothing in return) is pretty irresponsible and can get you in HOT water....Slander and Libel are REAL things and I wouldn't blame them for sending a lawyer to your door.
It's also VERY "TELLING" that everybody but YOU has had a great experience with Advanced Car Stereo.
